Reasoning with a drunkard is like
Going under water with a torch to seek for a drowning man.

Even if you seek to harm an enemy,
You should remove your own defects and cultivate good qualities.
Through that you will help yourself,
And the enemy will be displeased.

We want authentic dialogue, not a monologue to gain time, as seen in the past many times; it should be dialogue that seeks the common good.
