Dov Frohman

Dov Frohman is an Israeli electrical engineer best known for developing EPROM, an erasable and reprogrammable semiconductor memory technology, during his early work at Intel. He later helped establish Intel’s first development center outside the United States in Haifa and led Intel Israel as its general manager. Frohman also taught applied physics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and received major engineering honors, including the Israel Prize and IEEE recognition.
