Permitted use
You may use Quotemunity for lawful personal, educational, research, and other legitimate purposes, subject to these terms and applicable intellectual-property rights. You are responsible for how you use or rely on information found here.
Prohibited use
You may not interfere with the service, bypass security or access controls, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, use automated traffic that unreasonably burdens the service, misrepresent your identity, or use Quotemunity in violation of law or another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
The Quotemunity name, site design, software, editorial organization, and original explanatory material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Individual quotations and source materials may have different ownership and copyright statuses. A quote’s appearance on Quotemunity does not grant permission for every possible reuse.
Quotes, sources, and attribution
We aim to present useful source and attribution information, but historical material can be incomplete, disputed, mistranslated, or commonly misattributed. Verification labels describe our editorial status at a point in time; they are not a guarantee of absolute accuracy. Consult primary sources and qualified advisers before relying on material for academic, legal, publishing, or professional purposes.
Third-party material
References to authors, publications, or third-party resources do not imply endorsement. Third-party content remains subject to its own rights and terms. Quotemunity is not responsible for external services or for how third parties change or present their material.
Corrections and removals

Future community content
If Quotemunity introduces accounts, creator profiles, comments, reactions, or user-submitted content, additional rules may apply. Users would remain responsible for content they submit and for having the rights needed to provide it. We may moderate, restrict, or remove material to protect the service, users, and rightsholders.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of Quotemunity. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of particular content, or compatibility with every device.

Quotemunity is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Nothing on the site is legal, academic, publishing, or other professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quotemunity and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or loss arising from use of or inability to use the service. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.
Indemnification
