Hugo Junkers

Hugo Junkers was a German engineer, inventor, and aviation pioneer whose work helped establish all-metal aircraft construction. His 1915 Junkers J 1 demonstrated the potential of metal airframes, while the F 13 became a landmark in civilian aviation as an all-metal passenger aircraft. He also contributed to gas technology and engineering education, combining industrial research with aircraft design.
