Huma Mulji

Huma Mulji is a Pakistani contemporary artist whose multidisciplinary practice spans sculpture, photography, drawing, painting, and installation. Born in Karachi in 1970, she often examines urban life, collective memory, and the tensions between failure, transformation, and social power through deliberately awkward and materially playful works. Her exhibitions have included the Venice Biennale, Gwangju Biennale, and Asia Society Museum, and she has taught fine art in Pakistan and the United Kingdom.
