Understanding this quote
The speaker says they want to remain recognizable to the people who already valued them. “Keeping it King Kaka” means staying true to the identity associated with that name, rather than changing to follow a popular trend. The “wave” represents current fashion or public excitement, which the speaker does not want to chase.
